A kaiseki course meal served individually.This recommended course includes seasonal vegetables and fish such as sashimi and tempura, as well as our restaurant's specialty, Fukagawa clam steamed rice.By using the traditional Japanese cooking technique of "takiawase" (simmering and combining), the clams are steamed, maximizing their delicious flavor.Since there's no need to serve or portion the food, the organizer doesn't have to worry about keeping an eye on everything.Please feel free to use our venue for banquets, business dinners, memorial services, family gatherings, and more.
