A large plate with our famous charcoal-grilled Daisen chicken platter and [Fukagawa clam steam basket meal], which uses the traditional Japanese cooking technique of steaming to maximize the flavor of the clams. This is the central hors d'oeuvre course.Please use it for company parties such as farewell parties and launches, casual drinking parties, girls' nights out, moms' parties, etc.
